The Role
We’re looking for a career-minded, proactive Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, client-obsessed team. This is a key role that connects our clients with our production powerhouse. You’ll own your accounts, crush deadlines, and help us keep our reputation for delivering like no one else.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, from project kickoff to final delivery
- Coordinate with design, production, and mailing teams to make magic happen
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and on point — every time
- Solve problems fast, communicate clearly, and follow up like a pro
- Suggest smarter ways to work — we like process improvements
What You Bring
- 2+ years in account management, customer service, or project coordination
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-driven and results-oriented (yes, both)
- Experience in print, direct mail, or marketing is a big plus
- You’re a self-starter — no micromanaging here
