Client Success Specialist (High-Performance Role | DeLand, FL)

We’re looking for a high-performing Client Success Specialist to take full control of project execution—from quote to production—and ensure every job is delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end execution of client projects
• Direct communication with clients and internal production teams
• Turning complex client requirements into flawless execution plans
• Managing multiple fast-moving projects without missing details
• Preventing errors before they happen—not fixing them after

What You Bring

• 2+ years in client service, project coordination
• Strong systems/technical skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, CRM, MIS)
• Experience in printing, direct mail, or digital experience is a big plus

Compensation & Growth

• $50,000–$65,000 base + $1K–$5K performance bonuses
• Monthly + quarterly incentives tied to accuracy and output
