This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a critical part in keeping our production facility running at peak performance.
In this position, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians and production teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of mechanical equipment. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment while also utilizing your machining expertise to fabricate, modify, and repair custom components that support our operations. - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Fabricate, modify, and repair machine parts using machining equipment
- Operate shop equipment such as lathes, mills, drills, and grinders
- Assist with installation and setup of new machinery
- Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and tolerances to produce accurate parts
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in mechanics, machinery, or industrial equipment
- Prior experience as a machinist
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to lift equipment and work in a physically active environment
- Basic math and measurement skills
